Ravare Smorrebrod Brand Concept
During my time abroad in Copenhagen, Denmark, I was tasked with creating a restaurant chain for Denmark’s most famous dish: Smørrebrød. Råvare Smørrebrød is a fast-food-style restaurant chain providing authentic, fresh, and delicious smørrebrød. The restaurants cater to locals who enjoy smørrebrød daily, and tourists eager to try it, aiming to make this classic Danish dish accessible, memorable and irresistible for everyone. Råvare roughly translates to "the raw materials" or "the goods."
